Refund Policy
We're here to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. Here's when you can request a refund:
To request a refund, log in to your account, go to the "Return a Product" section in the Footer, and follow the instructions.
Refund processing might take longer due to bank delays, unforeseen events, or national holidays.
You're eligible for a refund if the product specifications don't match what was described on the website. However, no refund will be provided for physical damage (unless reported within 24 hours of delivery), electrical surges, or user-caused damage.
Depending on the situation, the refund amount might be adjusted after deducting bank and delivery charges.
If you received a freebie with your order and want a refund, the freebie's value will be deducted unless the full order is returned.
Please note that replacements are not offered in the following cases:
Dissatisfaction with the appearance/sound quality of a defect-free product.
The physical damage was not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Damage caused by an electrical surge or user mishandling.
Cancellation Policy
We're flexible, but there are some conditions for cancellations:
If we've already informed you about your order being shipped, we can't cancel it.
Special occasion products can't be canceled due to their limited-time nature.
Replacement Policy
Sometimes things need replacing, and we're here to assist:
Within 7 days of delivery, you can replace a product for any of these reasons:
Received a defective or physically damaged item.
The product isn't functioning properly within 7 days of delivery.
To report damaged or defective items, get in touch with our support team. A BSPL team member will confirm the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product at our end.
If you believe the received product doesn't match the site's description or specifications, notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. After investigating your complaint, our team will make a decision.
For replacement, our courier will pick up the entire product package, including all accessories, arranged by us.
