Return, Replacement and Refund Policy
All products sold by www.foxin.in are properly inspected and verified by the quality control team and assured to be authentic and in new condition.
All products are eligible for 7 days replacement or return from the date of delivery. Should you wish to replace or return your product refund will be provided in the form of store credit.
The product is available for return/replacement through store credit only if the following conditions are met –
- Product is in New and Unused* conditions in the original packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- GST bill is provided
*"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, then the customer is eligible to claim a Full Refund back to its original source of payment provided that the same information is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please note it may take upto 12 days for your refund to reflect in your bank account.
To initiate a return/replacement request please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us during business hours @ +91 903856565 with the following information –
- Contact information
- Source of purchase
- GST Invoice
- Photo/Video proof
On receipt of the return/replacement request Foxin customer service will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or a replacement will be issued either in the form of store credit or a full refund (if product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect) to the original source of payment method depending on the criteria mentioned above. If the product is found to be ineligible for return/replacement/full refund the product will be couriered back to you and shipping penalty of Rs. 100 will be levied.
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. We call/WhatsApp every customer individually to confirm the order before dispatching them. However, under this policy:
- Cancellations request will not be entertained if the shipment process is already initiated post confirmation of the order placed by the customer.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
